There is an extra charge of £10 for extensive de-matting (per each 15 mins of extra work).

We follow the HUMANITY BEFORE VANITY rule in our studio - severely matted dogs will be clipped short in order to ease their discomfort and prevent further harm to their skin. We will attempt to inform you about it prior to clipping. You have the right to refuse the clip off, however this will result in us being unable to groom your dog on that occasion due to the painful nature of such a procedure.
